CC-1024 Update installation/build for webapp-only ...
Removed compilation of C++ stuff.
Should now only install web app stuff.
Moved Alib.php and Subjects.php to the storageServer dir.
Removed the playlog DB table, the schedule table IS the playlog now.
Also removed archiveServer stuff from Debian files.
