Refactors camera and microphone switching logic in the prejoin state. Uses `restartTrack` to preserve track settings and background processor state. Improves background effect handling during camera changes. Creates new tracks only when necessary (camera unavailable). Ensures proper muting behavior based on device settings.

How to develop with ease:
Run ng serve for a dev server.
Run, in a new terminal, npm run lib:serve for serving the openvidu-components-angular library with live reload for listening changes
Code scaffolding
For generate new components in openvidu-components-angular:
ng g component components/component-name --project=openvidu-components-angular
Build library
npm run lib:build
Publishing
After the library is built, tun the following command:
cd dist/ && npm publish
