Set `matchKeys` to `false`, because the webhook properties in the server response are actually **optional**, so they cannot be enforced here. When the server runs with OPENVIDU_WEBHOOK=false, then none of OPENVIDU_WEBHOOK_ENDPOINT, OPENVIDU_WEBHOOK_HEADERS, or OPENVIDU_WEBHOOK_EVENTS will exist on the actual JSON.
