pabloFuente 390ce2224e CDR refactoring: now all operations are recorded in a low-level context (not in SessionEventsHandler). Added 'videoFramerate', 'reason' and recording events. New property openvidu.recording.notification. Recordings stopped upon openvidu-server stopped.
