Replaces the old device service with a new implementation using Angular Signals for reactive state management. This enhances performance by: - Improving permission requests - Providing live device detection - Providing better error handling The new implementation also integrates with the LiveKit client for track management.

How to develop with ease:
Run ng serve for a dev server.
Run, in a new terminal, npm run lib:serve for serving the openvidu-components-angular library with live reload for listening changes
Code scaffolding
For generate new components in openvidu-components-angular:
ng g component components/component-name --project=openvidu-components-angular
Build library
npm run lib:build
Publishing
After the library is built, tun the following command:
cd dist/ && npm publish
