docs(readme): add MCP client configuration section

Add comprehensive setup instructions for multiple MCP clients:
- Dive (featured at top)
- Claude Code, Claude Desktop
- Cursor, VS Code/Copilot, Windsurf
- Cline, Warp, JetBrains AI Assistant

Use @latest tag for consistent auto-updates.
